So you can refer clients to us for specialist advice safe in the knowledge that our advice is entirely independent and you are not directly, or indirectly, supporting a competitor. Indeed in most cases we will be looking to cross-refer general accountancy, corporate finance and tax opportunities out to local accountants and debt collection and legal work to local solicitors.
- In many cases there are sensitivity issues in relation to fees, particularly for example where Directors have given personal guarantees. We recognise those difficulties and are happy, in such cases, to consider providing you or your client with a "Fixed fee" or "Fee Capped" arrangement so you know exactly where you stand from day one.
